03. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, purchasing any service or product, or initiating a payment, you confirm that:

04. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

• • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase for individual services and digital products.
• • For custom projects, a payment schedule will be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement.
• • GianWeb LLC reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect confirmed orders.
• • Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

05. Refund & Cancellation Policy

To request a refund, contact hola@gianweb.com with your order details and reason for the request.

06. Service Delivery

• • Estimated delivery times are approximations, not guarantees.
• • GianWeb LLC will communicate via the email provided at checkout.
• • Delays caused by the client (e.g., late provision of required materials) are not our responsibility.
• • For services requiring client input, work will not begin until all required information is received.

07. Intellectual Property

• • Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.
• • GianWeb LLC retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
• • Digital products are licensed for personal or internal business use only. Resale or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

08. Chargebacks & Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank, please contact us directly at hola@gianweb.com. Unauthorized chargebacks for fully delivered services will be contested. GianWeb LLC reserves the right to recover costs associated with chargeback disputes, including administrative and legal fees.

09. Limitation of Liability

• • GianWeb LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• • We do not guarantee specific results from SEO, speed optimization, or marketing services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

GianWeb LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
